Today was Em’s first day at college for the fall semester. She brought Preston out about 8:30 as she said. He was tired acting, but perked up pretty fast. After trying several things I never got him to eat anything for breakfast. He is such a picky eater. For lunch he gave P.L. his turkey and just ate the dorito’s. lol.. He did drink his milk this morning and later he wanted a bit of my Dr. Pepper so I gave him some and he promptly spilled it all down the front of his shirt. I think we’ll stick to lemonade. About noon I loaded him up and we went over to my son’s so I could watch Maddie and Eli too. Cliff didn’t have court so I didn’t have to go over early as I thought. It went pretty well I though. Eli slept the whole time and Madison and Preston play pretty well together. We headed home after 1:30 as I hoped Preston would take a short nap. He didn’t, He watched cartoons and play till mom came about 2:45. I enjoyed it very much.
This afternoon I am just being online a bit doing some email and plan to crochet later. JD is working the evening shift till 8:30. I did go to bed early last night and slept well. I was so grateful. I plan to go to bed at a more decent hour tonight too. I just hope my mind will let me sleep. *smiles* It was very hot and muggy again today. At Cliff’s Madison asked me if I just took a shower, lol when I had been sweating. I sweat very badly around my head for some reason and it doesn’t take long for my hair to be really wet. I don’t like it, but haven’t found a good way to stop it. Seems the jeep no more got cooled down nicely when we were there.
Not much else going on. Haven’t even listened to any news today. I have the TV off right now just enjoying the quiet. Here is a photo Em took with her new razar phone at the dinner last friday. She finally remembered to email it to me. It’s a good one I think of Madison holding Eli, course Grey headed Grammie in the background needs her hair colored. lol.
As it’s monday, gosh another week is starting! Where does the time fly. Here is my Monday Madness
Here are some weather-related questions…. Thank you for playing and have an awesome week! =)
1. Where you live, what kind of weather (or weather-related tragedy) do you fear the most? –Tornado’s are the biggie here to watch out for.
2. What kind of weather do you MOST enjoy? –Spring or Fall where the temps are mild and truly enjoyable
3. What kind of weather do you LEAST like to drive in? –Snow and Ice conditions are ones I dread, although I can drive on it.
4. What is the scariest weather-related experience you’ve had in your lifetime? –Going through a tornado that really came close to the farm about 3 or 4 years ago.
5. Share a “weather picture” with us! –This was taken Dec. 2003 during which an ice storm had hit and what I hate to drive in.
That is about all for today. I’ll be around visiting in a bit. Till then…

Hi Nanzce. Beautiful grandkids. Glad you are able to spend some good quality time with them. Have a great evening!
Hi Nancze, Glad you finally got some good sleep. Another darling pix of the kids! They are sooooooooo cute. And so is Grandma even though she needs her hair colored. I kinda like it the way it is. Be happy! God loves you! so do all your friends!! Hugz!
Hi Nancze Sue!
Yeah, time really does fly! I didn’t realize that tornado had been here in 1999 until I looked it up. We had another one here in 2003.
David thinks the leak came from a broken water pipe near the outside faucet. Poor guy had to do a lot of cleaning up today.
Enjoy your evening. Love the picture of you with the kids. 🙂
Hi Nancze,
I am so glad you got some sleep. I know how you feel. More than not I don’t sleep well either. I have to much on my mind-I think. I love your pictures. The grandbabies are adorable. Preston sounds like a hot ticket. My Brian is also a fussy eater. I don’t understand why. It makes it awfully hard to plan meals.
You sound better than you did in your previous post. You know that I know somewhat of how you are feeling.
As far as flickr goes-If you want me to set you up an address let me know. I will see what I can do to get you going. I know that eventually my free flickr is going to meet it’s capacitiy and I will have to go to photobucket. Right now I can’t afford to purchase more of anything.
Take care sis.
Love and hugs
I love that picture of you Nancze! It looks like you had a nice day with the kiddos!! They are so cute!!
Have a nice week sweetie!! ((BIG HUGS)!!!
Hi Nancze. That’s a nice picture of the kids. It’s also nice to see you in the background.
I missed Monday Madness this week. Hope I can play next week.
I heard there was a total lunar eclipse tonight. They said it was visible in the Philippines but the clouds were too thick so I couldn’t see the moon. I wasn’t even sure if it was visible in our part of the country.
The night is a little cool and I like it.
Hope you can sleep better tonight. Take care.
Hi Nancze: Goodness, I’d be exhausted after all that babysitting! I hope today is wonderful for you. Did you see the Lunar eclipse? HUGS
Hi Nancze! I hope you are having a great day. Sounds like a great time with the grandkids. My mom is exhausted after having my kids, especially my 2 year old. Heck – I am exhausted, lol. That is a good picture. My phone doesn’t take that good of pictures. I think I need a new one! Take care.
Hi Nancze! Enjoyed seeing the photo of you and Madison and Eli. I still love the name Madison and the nickname Maddie. 🙂 Maybe next time, I’ll get a granddaughter. 🙂 I knew the reason for the blog url change but was curious about the new name, “Imanokiegal’s.” Tomorrow on Good Morning America, they announce the new stars for Dancing with the Stars. 🙂 (((Hugz)))
What a cute picture of your grands!
🙂
Hi Nancze, I enjoy seeing your grandkids! I hope you have another good nights sleep. Hugs

Hi, Nancze!
Such cute grandkids! You must be really enjoying yourself. You probably need a good night’s sleep at the end of the day!
My family is definitely coming down this weekend so I’ll have Grammie duty too at least for a short while. Don’t know if it’s my turn to write or not but I’ll get you a note off tonight ’cause I’ll be pretty busy the next few days! Love ya,
